1. Initial Inquiry & Data Collection

Fill in Form Data Basic / Fill in Form Data Wedding — kami akan mengumpulkan informasi awal dari Anda.

2. Proposal & Agreement

Quotation, contract signing, invoice & WhatsApp group — setelah semua dipastikan, kita lanjutkan ke kesepakatan formal.

3. Post-Contract Follow-up (D+14)

Provide essential planning materials: budget details, timeline, moodboard, draft rundown and vendor confirmations.

4. Reservations & Scheduling

Reserve venue and vendors, lock dates and create technical meeting schedules.

5. Welcome Packet

New customer welcome packet with guides and checklists to prepare you for the planning process.

6. Full Planning until Wedding Day

Unlimited planning support up to your wedding day — coordination, run-throughs, and on-day management.
